Hi, I would like to file a complaint on Globe to NTC. Our internet service has been suspended due to an unsettled balance for the billing cycle of June 27 to July, due date was August 26. We missed the payment for 2 days but we settled it right away last August 28. We submitted a report to reconnect our service but they want us to settle the bill for the billing cycle of July 27 to August 26 as well, though it will still be due on September 16, 2020. This is very unacceptable.
