With regards to the proposed construction of Pag-IBIG Fund CHQ Building, we would like to request the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the construction of new Senate Building in Taguig, MMDA CHQ Bldg. in Pasig, & GPPB Technical Support Office Bldg. in Quezon City. Cost from the BOM will be used as a basis for the construction of Pag-IBIG Fund CHQ Building.

April 11, 2023 Dear John Paul Laggui, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bill of Materials for the Construction of New Government Buildings. Please be informed that MMDA CHQ Bldg. in Pasig is not a DPWH project, we can only provide you with data implemented by this Department. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 04, 2023 07:11:56 AM, your request will be closed. We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time. Thank you.
