After Secretary Bello requested multiple bribes in relation to the non-transparent and agency orchestrated investigation into POLO-HK software solutions, it has now come to my attention that POEA has chozen Abizo (https://abizo.ph/) as a software provider. (http://www.poea.gov.ph/news/2020/NR-POEA-to-launch-OFW-global-monitoring-system.pdf).

I would like to know details regarding this arrangement including:

1.) The RFP which must have been used to evaluate bids;
2.) The budget and records of all payments to Abizo;
3.) Any administrative order or decision when choosing Abizo.
