Hi! I would like to request for the provincial level breakdown of infrastructure outlays and/or actual obligation from 1985 (or the earliest possible year) up to 2018. I understand that BESF table B.5. has this information for totals but for my research I will be needing provincial level breakdowns.
Thank you.

To clarify, I am only requesting for the provincial breakdown of the total infrastructure outlay for each year (total infrastructure outlay per year per province). If I refer to the GAA and compute on my own, I believe I might miss a number of projects that are considered as "infrastructure outlay" and I might miss actual obligation on years where the GAA is repeated (and thus this request). Thank you.
