Dear Delia Castillo,
I refer to my letter of Aug 03, 2021 07:36:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Beneficiary of Marcelino P. Castillo.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Upon checking our records, there is no record available of Mr. Marcelino P. Castilo. Was he a PVAO Pensioner (if so, may we know when did he apply for the PVAO pension?)
Once this is answered, Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, will undergo thorough research and will coordinate with you soon once it is finished.
Should you have further clarifications, you may call the Public Affairs Office at 8912-4728.
We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
