Hi, I'm a 5th year Computer Engineering Student from PUP Manila and currently working on "Hydroelectric Power with Monitoring System." In line with that, I would like to request from your good office to help me accomplish the experimentation with the project's prototype my comparing Benguet Province Mini Hydroelectric Power Plant data with our accumulated data. Also, may I have know how the proponents who developed Benguet Province Mini Hydroelectric Power Plant conducted their experiments and how they gathered information regarding it I would really appreciate your response. Thanks.
