Good Morning,
I received this January 2022 a letter containing Benefit Payment Notice from Philhealth saying that I was admitted which was not and I'd like to make a complaint about it. I was not admitted on any hospital or laboratories/clinics FYI. The notice says that I paid the amount of Php2,077.00 over something which I don't know. The hospital was address via some sort of Diagnostic Laboratory which seems that processes COVID-19 tests which I know was free under LGU and was not going to be shouldered by the member of philhealth if you have an appointment. Please call me to clear things.
