Good day! I am Jeremy Dean Pagwagan, Research Assistant for the City Government of Butuan, City Human Resource Management Office. For the purpose of creating a fair and legal Rationalization Program, I am currently reviewing the rationalization programs from different local government units. In line with this, our humble office would like to kindly request a copy of the rationalization program of your beloved city, purely for benchmarking purposes.
