Hi, I’m Lyra, an HR officer for a construction company. Our dilemma is that we have a lack of manpower because, among other reasons, the offer from the other company is higher than ours. To solve this problem, I want to request if there’s a survey for the salaries, especially in the construction sector here in Mindanao, or specifically in the Caraga Region, so that we can compete in the labor market and have fewer wage issues
