Hi! I would like to request information on what basis are the toll fees of the expressways computed. If no comprehensive report is allowed to be made public, I would like to know if it is based on the average cost per type of vehicle, marginal cost per type of vehicle, or other methods. And what factors are included in that estimation (road maintenance, cost of accidents, etc.) Thank you so much!
