With reference to RA 11917 Section 119, may I request to have information or document certification or your confirmation, if ARBI-1 Security agency is registered to RCSU (Region 4A - CALABARZON) from Aug. 31, 2022 until June 01, 2023. This has been requested since their main office is located in MANILA whereas they are operating here in CAVITE under Region 4A.

Dear sir,
Thank you for the update and that is carefully noted. In fact, during our mediation meeting with ARBI-1 Representative on July 06, 2023, the officer in SOSIA office ask the ARBI-1 representative the name of their Security Agency and he spell out the name of their company i.e. ARBI-1. Then the officer typed the name in their system (computer), then I heard when the SOSIA officer said "Hindi pa kayo na ka register ah" , then the ARBI-1 representative did not know what to say and just responded that they will submit the requirements for registration. During that time, I am approx. 1 meter away from the ARBI-1 representative and approx. 2 meters away from the SOSIA officer.
Thus, I am certain that during the period of August 2022 until the end of June 2023, they are not registered to Region 4A. My purpose in this request is, I would like to have only a certificate or confirmation, to document the fact that ARBI-1 did not comply with the requirements of Section 119 of RA 11917 from the stated period of Aug. 2022 until end of June 2023.
