I am Ralph Chester D. Retamal, a graduating BS Geography student from the University of the Philippines Diliman, Department of Geography. I am currently undertaking a research study exploring urban parks and its effect in housing, rent prices and urban communities in Makati City. The research study would involve statistical analysis of secondary data on housing, income and bachelor’s degree as well as interviews with the local government unit, barangay officials, and households residing nearby parks.
