Our goal is to help the banana industry adopt a sustainable system. We'd like to inquire if you have any information regarding the following: - Data on the amount of banana wastes being generated (includes pseudostems, stalks, peels, leaves) in the PH. - Where and how do banana growers dispose of these wastes? Is there a regulating committee or body which manages/collects them? - Are there existing policies regarding banana waste? - Are there companies/groups which utilize, recycle, or convert banana wastes into different products? Or are there any local initiatives? Thank you!
