February 25, 2021 Dear Ms. Jonalyn Sureta, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 19, 2021 02:18:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your Balik-Pinas, Balik Hanapbuhay Application. Followed-up with the OWWA Regional Office III, Do remember that the imposed IATF and LGUs lock downs is for the protection and prevention of the COVID-19 to spread. OWWA personnel cannot conduct cite inspection, which is an essential component for the approval of your BPBH. Foremost, with the increasing number of COVID-19 victims, it is the health and safety of all which we, government workers, prioritize. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
