Hello good day. My name is Julian Rayla of Puerto Princesa City Palawan. My OEC number is 2019091628689. I am displaced OFW from Saudi Arabia and also unfinish contract due to Covid 19. I returned in the Philippines last December 19, 2020. In connection, I would like to inquire about Balikbayan and Balik Hanapbuhay Program of Owwa if I can avail the said program. With respect to Balik Pinas, Balik Pinay you can read it at the OWWA website: www.owwa.gov.ph under the tab/folder Programs.
