In light of my research objectives, I am reaching out for assistance and information about the Bahay Pag-asa in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. I am keen to understand the reasons behind this development, as it is crucial to my research. 22 June 2023 Dear Ms. Anne Patrice Martinez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 24 September 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request ``In light of my research objectives, I am reaching out for assistance and information about the Bahay Pag-asa in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. According to reports from the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC), the Bahay Pag-asa in this location is currently not operational. I am keen to understand the reasons behind this development, as it is crucial to my research. DSWD has limited information on Bahay Pag-Asa who is being managed by the JJWC and is under the supervision and guidance of the DSWD. It is the Juvenile Justice Welfare Council that may have the data you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the Amended ``Juvenile Justice Welfare Act of 2012), the JJWC is the Government agency responsible for overseeing the implementation of the amended law. It is tasked with developing policies and programs to promote the rights of CAR and CICL and ensuring that these policies and programs are efficiently and effectively implemented.
