We shall partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office. DSWD has limited information on Bahay Pag-Asa who is being managed by the JJWC and is under the supervision and guidance of the DSWD.

It is the Juvenile Justice Welfare Council that may have the data you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the Amended ``Juvenile Justice Welfare Act of 2012), the JJWC is the Government agency responsible for overseeing the implementation of the amended law. It is tasked with developing policies and programs to promote the rights of CAR and CICL and ensuring that these policies and programs are efficiently and effectively implemented.

Your right to request a review
