Greetings! We are informed that the verification survey plan of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4&5, IR-1014 (Proclamation no. 2405 s. 1985) was approved on March 22, 2022 (area: Baguio City and Tuba, Benguet) and that all approved surveys including our legitimate PSU-186219 Amd. In the name of Gusec Chacchacan are indicated in the verification survey.
Given that our PSU is indicated in the Verification Survey, as heirs of Gusec Chacchacan, we would like to request a certified true copy of the said verification survey. We are willing to pay the certification fee that may require to have the said plan.

I think this was already have been resolved. We already received this and was satisfied since it was acted immediately. I dont know why the status of this not updated.
