You asked for a copy of the Feasibility Study of Bacolod-Silay Airport.

Response to your request 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Public Private Partnership Center (PPPC) is unable to provide the information you have requested because it falls under the List of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 02 s 2016 issued by the Office of the President to wit: “6. Prejudicial, premature disclosure.” 

We recommend that you request the said document thru the implementing agency, the Department of Transportation, contact Kriscia Mallari, DOTr FOI Receiving Officer or Dianna De Leon, DOTr FOI Decision Maker through the government FOI on-line portal: https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=DOTr

Your right to request a review 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the datewe receive your review request.
