This is in reference to the ongoing bidding for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of Technology Package on Composting Facility for Biodegradable Wastes (CFBW) Batch 2 for CY 2021 (IB No. BSWM 2021-08-034). We are submitting for your consideration a request, pursuant to EO No. 2-2016, for a copy of all Technical Working Group (TWG) reports relative to the post-qualification proceedings that were conducted on the bidders for the Project for our information and guidance. As a bidder in the Project, we wish to be informed of the proceedings in all stages of the bidding.
