December 4, 2023 Dear Rosell Rye Coronacion, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Average vehicle count, maximum vehicle capacity, and road dimension of Rizal ave. from Herrera st.. Please be informed that we can only provide you with slope protection data on other parts of Binangonan, with this, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the information/data needed and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
