I would need your help. I want to get information about the following:

1. How much is the monthly cost of living of an average Filipino Family living in the urban area from 1988 to present? 
2.  How much is the monthly cost of living of an average Filipino Family living in the rural area from 1988 to present?
3. If possible please also include the rage depending on the number of the family members.
