The paper/ gathered information from your Office will be used for Accreditation (Level III Phase 2 of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCP) for our Video presentation at the same time record keeping of the said documents of our program which is now Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. However, we are looking for an old permit granted to us way back 1995 or 1996 just like in our Lemery Campus. See attachment.
If we have it, our presentation will be more detailed because we have traced back the roots of our program.
