My name is Jenny P. Nazareno, a graduate of BS Computer Engineering from CY 2011-2012. I am writing this email to humbly request for assistance regarding my authenticated copies of Transcript of Record and Diploma from my previous college school which is Catanduanes Institute of Technology Foundation Inc. in Virac, Catanduanes as part of my requirement for my government job application. Sad to say that the school has already stopped the operation a few years ago. Can you please advise me on what I should do to resolve such concerns? I am currently away from CHED RO5  office. Can you please give me an advice as to other alternative ways on how I can resolve my concern, aside from going personally to CHED RO5, since I am currently working here in NCR?
