Hi! I would like to request a copy of MRT 3's Audited financial Statements for years 2015, 2016 and 2017. It will be used in our case analysis in government accounting

August 20, 2018 Dear Ryan Pelito, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 29, 2018 11:39:00 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Audited Financial Statements of MRT 3 for the last three years. Your FOI request is approved. However, we only have on hand the audited Financial Statements for the year 2015 and 2016. We are still waiting for the copy of 2017 financial statement from MRT3 Office. I enclosed the requested documents to the email address that you had provided. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
