Good morning! May I respectfully request for a copy of the following documents from the Local Government Unit of Catanduanes, viz:

1. Audited Financial Statement of Eastern Bicol Medical Center from CY 2011 to CY 2018

2. Annual Performance Report of EBMC from CY 2011 to CY 2018

3. Feasibility Study that was used as basis for the conversion of the Eastern Bicol Medical Center to a Local Economic Enterprise

4. Records of number of beneficiaries/patients, on an annual basis and their corresponding social status from CY 2011 to CY 2018.

I officially requested these information on October 16, 2019 through a formal letter addressed to the Acting Governor of Catanduanes, Hon. Shirley A. Abundo but up to this date I got no response from her office.
