Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

In relation to #DOLE-453476858355, I would like to request a copy of the Audit of FLOIS By the International Labor Affairs Bureau from DOLE Central Officer resident auditor.

DOLE previously inappropriately denied #DOLE-453476858355 by stating that they can not release the documents because they are in a separate office. However, the  DOLE Central Officer resident auditor is a part of DOLE, therefore DOLE should have access to this information and it must be released.

Dear Ms. Graciadas:

This refers to your query entitled: "Audit of FLOIS by International Labor Affaris Bureau".

May we reiterate our comment on your request for a copy of the Audit of FLOIS. ILAB did not conduct the audit. It was conducted by the Commission on Audit-Information Technology Audit Office (COA-ITAO).

Further, the COA Resident Auditor in DOLE is not part of DOLE, its Bureaus nor attached agencies. It is a separate office under the COA.
