Good day. Sir/mam, Nais ko po sanang humingi ng tulong patungkol po sa resignation ko sa company namin dito sa Al Khobar. Nag sumite po ako ng resignation noong January 5, 2021 as 3 month prior notice po. Mag end of contract po ako this coming December 12, 2021 pa po, but kailangan ko pong umuwi. According po sa contract na pinirmahan ko magbigay lng ako ng 3 months notice but nung kinausap ko ung may ari last week, hindi po niya tinanggap ang resignation ko at ayaw po talaga ako pauwiin kahit magbayad pa daw ako ay hindi siya papayag na umuwi ako.

May 7, 2021 Dear Ms. Ara Gallo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 06, 2021 05:35:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for advise on the employees own volition to termination of contract Contact the POLO of Alkhobar, KSA for your concern of terminating your employment contract. Remember that as a foreign worker in the middle east your employer will have to likewise terminate your employment visa so he/she can hire another foreign worker. You cannot exit without your visa being cancelled. The cancellation of visa take days because it is cleared with the police, business/banks, hospitals, labor and other offices. Moreover, it is RAMADAN so the working hours of the KSA government offices are shortened. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
