Magandang araw po, ako po si Dessa Lim. Lumalapit at humihingi ng tulong medical at pinansyal para sa aking Inang may CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE at nasa Stage 5. Sya po ay nag da-dialysis 2x a week. Hindi po sapat ang kinikita ng aking amang vendor. Sana kami po ay inyong matulungan. Maraming Salamat po.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your FOI Request #NKTI-079614542650 is not a request for Information. 

However, I coordinated your FOI with our Social Services Division and you may email your query about and request for financial assistance to Ms Reides Basada, NKTI Chief Social Worker at [email protected] and she can provide necessary advice and information on what we can do for your mother.
