Married male to a filipina wife - I have sent to NTC 4 emails requesting help and advice .. Sadly no one do not care to reply ''True'' .... As I am An Amateur Radio License holder for many years - I want to live with my wife in Philippines .... As I am a Full Amateur Radio Transmitting License holder -Respectfuly how do i get written permission to use my English Transmitting Radio License in the Philippines .. where i want to start a new life with my Filipina wife respectfuly
