National Kidney and Transplant Institute(NKTI)

Hello! I would like to request assistance for a certain patient who will undergo dialysis. She is a COVID-19 survivor and she was diagnosed with STAGE 5, End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). She is a member of indigent in their province, in Pangasinan. She and her family lack financial support and if dialysis will push through, they won’t be able to contiue it due to lack of financial support. I am hoping that NKTI can also support her. Thank you

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your FOI Request #NKTI-837601433097 is not a request for Information.
