Hi! We are required to do an organisational strategic profile for a transport system in the Philippines. This requires as to look on the asset management plans, corporate structure and operational management analysis. With this, may I request access MRT's: * SWOT analyses done for MRT lines * A list or document stating evident areas of deficiency * Asset Management Plan * Corporate (organisational) structure of MRT management (under DOTr) * Company/organisational profile * Latest strategic action plan * Latest operational report(s) Thank you!
