I just came across with the article on the BLGF site Titled:
Assessment of Memorial Dated 2003-11-03
The bureau has cited the CBAA Case No. 259 , promulgated on October 28,1991, entitled Rolling Hills Memorial Park Inc. vs. LBAA of Bacolod City. In reference therof, the Bureau ruled that unsold lots should be classified as commercial as they form part of the developed portion of the cemetery and are still the category of profit burial grounds.
We would like to request for the full text of the said article.
