I would like to ask assistance in filing a complaint against j&t express. I have a parcel picked up last july 20,2020 from the seller but until now the package did not move. I coordinated the issue to the seller and she tried to call them several times and was informed that they forgot to scan the item therefore natabunan na siya at babayaran na lang daw since tinatamad na hanapin ang parcel. I am waitingbfor that item payingbit will not suffice. This is very unfair and unjust.
