November 18, 2021 Dear Ernanie Zapanta, I refer to my letter of Nov 15, 2021 01:43:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Asbuilt Drawing of Sto. Domingo Corner Biak na Bato and Calamba Street. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V.
