Requesting from your good office the copy of AS_BUILT Plans of the Nagtahan Bridge Flyover. My son AARON POCHOLO E. RAMIL, is a graduating student of Civil engineering at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta in Las Pinas City, M.M.
He will use this file as Research reference for his THESIS Project as requirement for him to graduate.

Dear EVELYN RAMIL,
Please be informed that as per coordination with DPWH North Manila District Engineering Office, the said bridge is completed in year 1991, thus, the as-built plan for the existing bridge is no longer available. However, your son may request for the as-built plan of the repaired/rehabilitated bridge but it will take awhile as the above-mentioned Office just started preparing the said plan.
If you wish to continue with the request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 16, 2022 06:03:48 AM, your request will be closed.
