I would like to request for the following information : 1. Who owns the roads within the subd.? 2. May the owner of a house within the subd. prohibit somebody from parking along the street beside his lot but not in front of his gate? 3. May the Assoc. assess parking fees from non-residents despite the latter having obtained yearly vehicle gate-pass or vehicle sticker?3.1 What if the non-resident will attend a religious meeting within the subd. and stay only for less than 2 hours? 3.2 The church has been constructed within the subd. long before the formation of the HOA.
