November 22, 2021 Dear Mr. Bargayo, Thank you for your request dated 14 November 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be advised that the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) does not have a mapping copy of the 2021 AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG). We understand that your request shall be used for the configuration of your Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System. To help address your concern, our Compliance and Supervision Group has released the following advisory containing the list of amendments indicated in the 2021 ARRG. The link can be accessed at: http://www.amlc.gov.ph/log-in/16-news-and-announcements/311- effectivity-dates-of-the-2021-amlc-registration-and-reporting-guidelines-arrg Please note that the 2021 ARRG was published on 09 July 2021 and took effect on 08 August 2021 or 30 days after publication. However, some provisions shall take effect six (6) months after publication, or on 09 January 2022.
