You asked for:
1. Space requirements for Mariveles Mental Wellness Center Project.
2. Architecture Design Guidelines of the Center

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the PPP Center does not have the information you requested. The Department of Health (DOH) is still preparing to start the conduct of the feasibility study for the Mariveles Mental Wellness Center Project. Information regarding the space requirements and architecture design guidelines are still for determination in the feasibility study and are not available at the moment. Nonetheless, the Project’s design will follow all relevant Philippine laws and guidelines on the construction of a mental wellness facility and may incorporate best practices
from other countries.

You may also contact the DOH PPP for Health – Program Management Office (PPPH-PMO) at [email protected] regarding the Project.

Your right to request review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 working days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 working days from the date we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority and thereafter, to the Office of the President pursuant to Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
