Good day, I would like to inquire if ever there are plans here in the Philippines preferably in the NCR proposing projects like Cultural Centers of a particular culture, like for example an ASEAN Cultural Center, or any local initiatives for the next several years. I am an architecture student, and I need this information for my capstone research proposal. Now I am looking for a project. Thank you.
