I am Mariette Joyz Lee, a 5th year BS Civil Engineering Student at Adamson University. Our thesis
project is entitled “Comparative Analysis of Three Bridges’ Seismic Fragility Curves in Metro
Manila Using Capacity Spectrum Method”. In line with this, we are asking your humble office to
grant us permission to study and borrow the plans of the following bridges:
1) Aurora/Katipunan Flyover;
2) Kalayaan EDSA Flyover; and
3) EDSA/Santolan Flyover (North-bound).

The specific pages I would like to borrow contain the following:
1) Architectural Plans;
2) General notes considering the design yield strength of steel and the concrete
compressive strength; and
3) Papers containing the number of reinforcing bar, cross-sections, etc.
