During the General Faculty Assembly last September 14, 2022, the newly appointed Vice President for Planning and Development (VPPD), Dr. Ebonite, mentioned about the existence of the TUP Code of 2022. During the Open Forum, Dr. Bonsol asked Dr. Ebonite if she heard it right about the TUP Code of 2022 and Dr. Ebonite had confirmed it. But when Dr. Bonsol asked if faculty members like her may be provided copy of the said TUP Code of 2022, her request was denied. Hence, this FOI request for a copy of the Approved TUP Code of 2022 forpersonal copy, reference, guidance, and transparency purposes.
