To: DENR-LMS Region IV (Records Division) Los Banos, Laguna Sir/Madam: We are Geodetic Engineers hired by the registered Lot Owner to conduct a Relocation of Boundary Survey. Unfortunately, we cannot complete the survey and install boundary corners with P.S. monuments without the approved Subdivision Survey plan and Technical Descriptions submitted by Engr. Jose Mercado, GE of the Developer, Ayala Land Inc. as mandated by Law and regulation of the DENR-LMS. We are hoping records will be released. Thank you. Emmanuel Paz E.C. PAZ & ASSOCIATES/Surveyors
