Requesting for an Approved SOP on how the HRMS Office MONITORS and PROCESSES the HANDWRITTEN DRA of Faculty after the existing Online DRA (Log in and Log out) via MS TEAMS was discontinued last November 2022 (First Semester 2022-2023) and was replaced by Manual (Handwritten) because despite my first and second submissions of my DRA for the month of December 2022 as per instruction by the Department, I have not yet received my December 01-15, 2022 Overload Payment until today. Hence, this request for an APPROVED SOP ON HOW HRMS OFFICE MONITORS AND PROCESSES THE HANDWRITTEN DRA OF FACULTY.
