My name is Miguel Paulo C. Mendoza. I’m currently a graduate student taking up Masters in Public Administration (MPA) at University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG). As part of our course requirements in one of our subjects, PA 241 (Public Policy and Program Administration), I am researching possible topics on the education sector, particularly on making the Teacher Education Council (TEC) more effective in fulfilling its mandate.
The expected output/product of this is a policy paper/proposal that may outline the following: 1.) current state of the TEC, including its programs, membership and output, 2.) current and future plans and, finally, 3.) proposed policy proposals to make TEC more efficient and effective. Specifically, I would appreciate if I can be provided information or documents on the following:
1.) Information on the Current Commissioners of the TEC (Names, Term of Office, Curriculum Vitae/Profile-if available)
2.) Flagship Programs or Projects being undertaken
