Dear Mr. Gatpayat, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 02 March 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. For a land to become an economic zone, it must be applied and approved by PEZA and proclaimed by the Office of the President.
