 Magandang araw po. Ako po so Karen L. Efondo na taga Bagong Silang Caloocan City ay gustong mag apply ng DSWD  Cash Assistance Program ng aking anak na si Kharl Joseph L. Efondo na mggrade 7 na sa pasukang 2022-2023 na nag aaral sa Tala Highschool.

Ito po ay malaking tulong na sa pagumpisa niya pagpasok  sa taong ito kaya nais ko pong malaman kung saan pwede ipadala ang mga requirements at tamang proseso para makakuha ng Cash assistance para sa aking anak?

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the Crisis Intervention Section of DSWD FO NCR Hotline Numbers at (02) 8-733-00-10 to 14 or by e-mail at [email protected] or the DSWD Central Office-Crisis Intervention Unit at Directline No. 962-28-13/951-74-33 or by e-mail at [email protected] should you qualify for the financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program.
