Hello good day i would like to inquire and seek assistance on the application of Ms. Violeta S. Racuya ( Ilocos Norte) since last feb 12-present, Ms. Racuya already submitted the necessary requirements of the said program. However, after many attempts and trials, she haven't received any confirmation whether the application was successful or not.. in line with this, she would like to be informed and updated whether the uploaded document was a successful one or if not what could be the possiblities why she haven't received any confirmation since it is 2 months already thnak u in advance
