Hi, I would like to have a refund on my dad's application fee for passport. Applicant Name: Benhur San Juan APPOINTMENT CODE: 06402022111700320 He was able to to go on the said schedule unfortunately they cannot process the application because there's a problem on his Birth Certificate that we need to fix and it will take a while, we are given until December 12,2022 to re-process/re-apply but it will not work for my dad,we've asked already and it will take a while for us to fix his name on his birth certificate. He was already in his senior and I am here abroad and its very difficult for me.
Hello, I want to correct the date of reapplication schedule, December 15,2022 not December 12,2022
