Dear FOI Officer,
I submitted my application at PRC San Fernando, inside Robinsons. I hope this information helps.
I really wonder why it is taking so long sir/madam. I had communications with Carmela Diaz before via email. She introduced herself as part of the CPD Secretariat. She hinted that they will give me 5 CPD points for my application. I replied to her as to what could be the reason as to why give a meager 5 points over a 50-hour seminar. I have been attending GEP conventions before and they usually give 1point per hour on the technical sessions. Why the double standard?
I hinted that I will file a complaint because of this. Is this the reason why it took so long?
I hope you can help me on this sir/madam.

Dear Engineer Cataylo,
Good day.
According to Ms. Carmela Diaz, she is in constant communication with you until February, 2020. You was informed of the result of the evaluation of the concerned CPD Council on your application last November 14, 2019 thru email regarding the result of the re-evaluation of your application as for your request. Upon receipt of the information, you requested for reconsideration of the granted credit units and was advised that your request will be forwarded to the concerned Council again on February 24, 2020 for discussion in the upcoming meetings. But due to the pandemic, the meeting was postponed.
They will follow up with the concerned Council the status of your appeal and will give you an update as soon as possible.
