Could we make a follow-up on our application for CAMP DOLE reg3.?
We have submitted our application last March 30 and received an acknowledgement receipt on the same date. Resubmitted some more pertinent documents on April 8. Made follow-up last April 22.
Hope you can extend help regarding this matter which is badly needed at this time of difficulty.

I refer to my letter of Jul 09, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Application for CAMP DOLE region 3 pampanga. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 01, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
